Mr. Jonas Beer was employed as an intern in the field of software development in our company from 15.07.2024 to 15.11.2024.
Since 2016, Jobufo GmbH has been revolutionizing the recruitment process. Our Recruiting Assistant makes it possible to apply easily via mobile devices. Customers such as EDEKA, McDonalds, REMONDIS, ProSiebenSat.1, and Volkswagen already trust Jobufo.

Programming:
- Assisting in the development of software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Developing a shift planner for company employees using Django and PostgreSQL for the backend, as well as the Django Templating Engine for the frontend. Although Mr. Beer had not previously used these technologies, he quickly achieved success thanks to his understanding of the MVC architecture.
- Development and enhancement of an internal tool for processing customer requests using Django and PostgreSQL. Mr. Beer demonstrated strong motivation in tackling new tasks and made significant contributions to improving internal tools.
Documentation:
- Assisting in the creation of documentation for interfaces and internal systems to share knowledge within the team, including contributing to the company internal wiki.
Mr. Beer possesses a solid technical knowledge, which he applied successfully and confidently to complete his tasks. He quickly familiarized himself with the assigned tasks and demonstrated a quick grasp of new concepts, which helped him adapt efficiently to new topics and tasks. Mr. Beer always worked in a structured and organized manner, which contributed to the efficient handling of his assignments.
His work on the shift planner project and the customer request tool was particularly successful and demonstrated his high level of initiative. He was open to new ideas and approaches, which contributed to the positive dynamics within the team. Particularly noteworthy was his rapid learning of the Django framework, which he successfully applied to internal projects. His enthusiasm helped him stay motivated while working on his tasks.
Mr. Beer also demonstrated a high degree of creativity and the ability to think "out of the box," which had a positive impact on problem-solving and the implementation of innovative approaches. As a result, he was able to contribute to the improvement of internal tools and the successful execution of projects.
Mr. Beer consistently performed his tasks to an excellent standard, meeting all expectations. He conducted himself exemplary towards supervisors, colleagues, and clients, and contributed to a pleasant and efficient teamwork environment.
